We are looking for a Regional Office Manager tolead on all aspects of office management across a cluster of both new and existing Harris primary academies. This is a new and exciting opportunity created within the central team for an experienced administrator to provide strategic direction, and hands on support and training to a number of academy based office managers. The post holder will haveaccountability for all primary academy office managers, ensuring that the support staff structure, systems and processes support the effectiveness and efficiency of the Academy. The successful applicant will work with the Commercial & Compliance Director,Primary Director andAcademy Principals within the cluster. Your opportunity We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual who can establish and lead theoffice manager ‘community’ through network meetings, internal communication toolsand training, to ensure a robust andeffective administration system that will enable our primary academiesto operateeffectively. Reporting to the Commercial & Compliance Director this role will likely suit an experienced administrative and office manager with a background in school environments. This varied post requires a dynamic and organised individual looking to support and manage office provisions in a primary school environment.Please note, this role requires regular travel and visits to Academy sites. To lead on all aspects of office management across a cluster of existing primary and new primary academies, providing support and training of academy based office managers.To support the academy based office managers with operational planning, organisation and management of all non-teaching aspects of the school promoting and sustaining, teaching and learning within a high quality environment.
