Our client is one of the leaders in providing renewable energy, covering the whole energy chain from development to operation and management. A global company who have been in the sector for over 5 years and have a foothold in more than 10 countries. Due to continuous expansion they are looking for a PMO (project management office manager) to join their technical team. This role will be based in either their London or US office with the purpose of supporting the project managers through the development, construction and commissioning phases. Key Responsibilities: ·Take the lead on project governance ensuring project compliance. ·Develop and update the project management methodology and practices to suit the pre-construction and construction functions. ·Ensure the clients standards and processes are being applied. ·Provide support & project-specific guidance to project functions. Requirements: ·Extensive professional experience in project management ·Hold a project management or related qualification ·Well rounded commercial and economic awareness ·Fluent in English (Spanish also desirable) ·Experience in the energy industry (renewable preferably) This will be a rewarding role which offers you the opportunity to work within a global renewable energy company, whilst accompanied by a highly skilled and personable team.
