Induction of new staff.Client On-boarding Process – including setting up of client file, ensuring all forms and due diligence is properly completed, entering new client details into Tercero CRM.Ongoing maintenance of client records including client billing by issuing of client invoices and credit notes.General Office Management – Annual review of company benefit packages and company insurances. Ordering of stationery and consumables. Support for an extensive range of management meeting, this will include preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers, meeting taking, noting action points and following them up.Gathering and preparation of documents required for the production of financial statements, including supplier invoices, sales invoices, bank statements employee expenses, credit card statements, and management data.Management of Systems and IT infrastructure through an outsourced manger.Assist with event organizing.Contract management.Maintain strong relationships with all third parties (vendors, financial institutions, suppliers), including a yearly review of outsourced relationships.Continuous review of a range of policies /procedures.Website – Change control and on-going management.Data Protection Officer – data protection within the company and for the maintenance of the policy document.Office Management & Relocation.Treat customers fairly and act in their best interests at each stage by meeting the unique needs of each customer offering a transparent, efficient and professional service.Adhere to and maintain knowledge of all applicable legislation, including relevant parts of the FCA Handbook.Follow internal disclosure procedures and raise any concerns to the MLRO regarding conflicts of interest or financial crime.Any other duties as may reasonably be required, consistent with the grade of the post.
