It’s a very friendly international team. Language skills are a pre requisite to this role, ideally French and Dutch alongside English.Purpose:This role will support the London Hub to include the executive team and wider employees and each of the overseas offices, pro-actively assuming responsibility for ensuring the office is fully supported across the support functionsRole and responsibilities:Office SupportProviding full office support to the executive team and wider colleagues across each office.Operating as the first point of contact to visitors, managing the company mail boxes and post.Accurate production of daily reports, weekly and monthly reports (Microsoft applications, in particular Excel).Update end of month contractors summary report by close of first working daySupport with the raising of contracts to contractors and prompt welcome pack email to contractors.Facilitation of booking and preparing meeting rooms within our digital hub.Organising travel for managers and directors to both overseas offices and clients.Checking deliveries and level of service from office suppliers that they are of the quality and cost expectedFinance AdministrationSupport the finance team with checking of timesheets and appropriately addressing emails from contractors.Follow-up on any missing timesheets for the month that was expected.Operating as a first point of contact for any finance related queries.Prompt scanning and accurate naming of sales invoices to be sent to be sent to clients.Help with raising invoices.Skills requiredCommunication, the ability to communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders in an articulate, credible, professional and persuasive manner.Senior level contract administration within the recruitment industry used to dealing with complex issues and seeking resolutions.Resilience, natural ability to working in a tenacious manner, flexible to multi task and prioritise own time effectively to achieve results.Proven experience in working collaboratively with a sales team demonstrating the gravitas, required to engage with a high level of self-awarenessCommercial and financial acumen – demonstrable experience of understanding the commercial and financial pressures that influence internal and external parties.Strong numerical and analytical skills – able to identify issues and provide solutions in a proactive manner.Sense of priority and the ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervisionHow We WorkAt Templeton and Partners, we have a busy sales environment combined with a coaching ethos, a learning culture and one-to-one desk training.
