So what qualities does a Digital Product Manager need to join Virgin Active?
A customer-centric mindset, always putting the customer at the heart of development, to meet their needs, solve their problems and enhance their experience
Previous experience of building and managing, quality digital products; carrying out the analysis and evaluation of project requirements, defining system user processes and product backlog creation
Experience of working in a customer facing growth brand working with both internal and external product & tech teams in a fast moving environment
Strong portfolio of designed experiences that have driven measurable results
Passion for digital design, current software development and agile methodologies
Keen interest in user-centred design and solving problems with great design
Collaborative approach to finding, developing and executing the best ideas
Strong and inspiring communicator who is able to build relationships and sell a compelling vision, with experience of communicating with people at all levels of the business
Capacity to provide regular updates to stakeholders; ensuring the project is carried out to agreed timings and budget
A ‘can do’ attitude, highly motivated and ready to take ownership.
Open to new ways of doing things and be able to adapt to new methods of working
