OA Executive are currently looking to recruit for Category Manager to join a well regarded healthcare organisation based in South East London. This role will see you take responsibility for a specific set of categories whilst maintaining a highly professional and responsive client service approach.
Acting as the main point of contact, you will implementing strategic sourcing and strong stakeholder management to maintain the lowest costs and strengthen existing relationships with key suppliers.
The ideal candidate for this role will ideally have a proven track record of delivering cost reductions, negotiating large contracts and a sound understanding of category and contract management. You will be well versed in resolving queries, managing stakeholder engagements, building client relationships and handling complex tenders.
Furthermore, you will have excellent communication skills, have the ability to negotiate, confidence in dealing with stakeholders and capable of working towards budgets and timescales. Finally, you will ideally be educated to degree level (or equivalent) and a good working knowledge of MS Office.
